Mecklenburg County Information Technology Services is responsible for providing creative tools and innovative technology solutions to engage, serve and connect County employees. The department provides assistance in many areas, including business operations, application development and IT security services. 

The Mecklenburg County Fire Marshal's Office has four core objectives that ensure exceptional delivery of public safety services to our customers and the different communities that we service throughout the year: Investigation, Education, Prevention, and Protection.

The Mecklenburg County Fire Marshal's Office Fire and Life Safety Education team delivers a variety of fire prevention, public education, and community risk reduction programs.
