Beginning Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022, Mecklenburg County Public Health will begin administering the monkeypox vaccine intradermally to individuals 18 years of age and older who are determined to be at high risk for monkeypox infection.

​As of today, Friday, Aug. 12, 2022, Mecklenburg County has moved from CDC COVID-19 Community Level High/Orange down to  COVID 19 Community Level Medium/Yellow.
