  4. Care Management for At Risk Children

    The Medicaid program currently offers a set of care management services for at-risk children ages zero-to-five. The program coordinates services between health care providers, community programs and supports and family support programs. Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) is provided by the local health departments.
