The Office of Strategy & Innovation is a division of the Mecklenburg County Manager’s Office. The division is responsible for developing and managing the County’s corporate strategic business plan, coordinating with department directors on strategic planning, managing the annual Employee Climate Survey and assisting with other internal priorities throughout the organization.

Revised resolution of the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners modifying the adopted environmental leadership policy.

Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners passed an Environmental Leadership Policy and Action Plan in March 2021. This resolution requires the County to embrace justice through equal protection and enforcement of environmental laws and regulations. 

The Enterprise Project Management Office provides project management services and leadership to the entire enterprise. 

Business Process Management provides guidance and support to all County departments and agencies helping to increase efficiencies in service delivery.
