Public Hearing for the Marsh House
The public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the property known as the “Marion R. and Lavonne Marsh House” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 4th day of November, 2024, via a virtual meeting format. The hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “Marion R. and Lavonne Marsh House” (listed under Parcel Identification Number 15306111 and including the interior and exterior of the house and the land listed under Tax Parcel Number 15306111 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office, Charlotte, North Carolina as of July 1, 2024. Said property is owned by Kenneth T. and Laura M. Corsig, and is located at 1642 Hertford Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D, Article 9, as amended, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.

The public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the property known as the “Armour Street Mill House” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 4th day of November, 2024, via a virtual meeting format. The hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “Armour Street Mill House,” listed under Parcel Identification Number 00326211 and including the exterior of the house and the land listed under Tax Parcel Number 00326211 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office, Charlotte, North Carolina as of July 1, 2024. Said property is owned by Michael L. and Alicia O’Sullivan and is located at 225 Armour Street in Davidson, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D, Article 9, as amended, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
