Historic Landmarks Commission Public Hearing
Public Hearing for the Kelly M. and Margaret G. A. Alexander House
The public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the property known as the “Kelly M. and Margaret G. A. Alexander House” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 10th day of November, 2025, via a virtual meeting format. The hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “Kelly M. and Margaret G. A. Alexander House” (listed under Parcel Identification Number 06917103 and including the interior and exterior of the house and the land listed under Tax Parcel Number 06917103 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office, Charlotte, North Carolina as of August 1, 2025). The property is owned by the Helen and Alfred Alexander Living Trust, and is located at 2128 Senior Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D, Article 9, as amended, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
