Mecklenburg County Commissioner Susan Rodriguez-McDowell, District 6, invites the public to attend a community meeting on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 6 - 7:45 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.). The meeting will feature a conversation with the commissioner. She will share and provide an overview of handouts from Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) and present an additional view on information for residents to consider regarding the 1-cent sales tax referendum. Interested residents are encouraged to RSVP by Wednesday, Oct. 8. All are welcome.
