This committee meets the third Tuesday of every month from 3-5 p.m. unless otherwise communicated.
The Building Development Commission is an advisory Board that makes recommendations to the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners and Code Enforcement staff on development-related ordinances, budget, service delivery, fees, division performance, and public opinion.
The BDC holds regular scheduled meetings on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Pine / Fraser Fir Conference Rooms 4th Floor to include optional Hybrid. Most meetings are also available to attend virtually. Request a link to attend any BDC meeting virtually by emailing [email protected] with "BDC Meeting Link" in the subject.
