Intergovernmental Relations Committee
This committee meets on the first Thursday of each month from 1-2:30 p.m. unless otherwise communicated.
Responsible for helping coordinate the intergovernmental relations between and among Mecklenburg County and all the governing bodies operating within the County at the federal, state and local levels.
Purpoe of the meeting: The Committee will hear a presentation from the Intergovernmental Affairs manager on the proposed Intergovernmental Affairs Strategy. County Commissioners who are not members of the Committee can attend the meeting under Board Policy and therefore, there might be more than four Commissioners in attendance.
