Purpose of Meeting. The Committee will review the legislative goals submitted to the NC Association of County Commissioners (NCACC), receive an Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) update from Charlotte City Council Member Ed Driggs and hear a presentation from the Family Childcare & Center Enrichment Foundation (FCCEF) regarding support for Home Child Care Providers. County Commissioners who are not members of the Committee can attend the meeting under Board Policy and therefore, there might be more than four Commissioners in attendance.
